RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Toystogo.com believes our toys and other products must commit up to your expectations, and our service must commit up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy! Simply ring us for instructions.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, please call us at 07 3354 3251 between Toystogo.com business hours of 09:00 am – 17:00 pm EST. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number may be subject to additional processing time and delay in crediting your account. Return address information can be found on your shipping document or on a separate sheet included in your order. All refunds are made in the original payment method. For orders purchased by EFT, you will need to supply Toystogo.com with your banking details so we can transfer your money directly into your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Toystogo.com recommends using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.

Unopened products: Simply return your unopened product with your original shipping document or your on-line confirmation receipt, and Toystogo.com'll will give you a full refund in your original payment method. Toystogo.com can also replace or exchange your unopened products. Returns of unopened products that are not accompanied by a packing slip or receipt will be issued a credit only.

Opened products: Returns of opened products cannot be returned for exchange or refund in unusual circumstances a credit may be placed onto your account after goods are returned at your cost.

How do I know the costs?

We keep it very simple -

Spend  $25.00 -$49.00  = $9.00 Normal Australia Postage

Spend  $49.00 -$100.00  = $15.00 Normal Australia Postage

For Registered Postage please click registered post on the shipping page, the cost is $2.95, we highly recommend this as you will be able to track your delivery with Australia Post.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Orders will take from 2 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Please allow up to five working days for delivery to metro areas, and up to ten days for regional areas. Delivery time may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays.

For registered post we recommend using either a home or work address. If no one is

available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to

the nearest Australia Post Office. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

Regional areas may be longer transit times.
